DIRECT SERVICES COMMITTEE (formerly Outside Services Committee and Town Hall & Premises Committee

Every 1st Tuesday of the month directly following the Planning Committee meeting (starts approximately 7.00 pm)

FINANCE & GENERAL PURPOSES COMMITTEE

Every 3rd Tuesday of the month directly following the Planning Committee meeting (starts approximately 7.00 pm)

FULL COUNCIL

Every 4th Tuesday of the month at commencing at 7.00 pm

OTHER PUBLIC INFORMATION:

When there are five Tuesdays in a month the Council may convene an informal Forward Planning meeting whereby no decisions are taken.

Agendas are placed on the public notice board, on the corner of Fore Street and New Road, at least three full working days prior to the scheduled meetings.

The public are welcome to attend any formal meeting and may speak when invited to do so by the Chairman of the Council or the Chairman of the relevant committee. If an exempt item is being considered the public will be excluded for that item only under the regulations that currently apply.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FIRST PLANNING COMMITTEE MEETING AND DIRECT SERVICES COMMITTEE MEETING WILL BE HELD ON THE SECOND TUESDAY FOR JANUARY 2011 ONLY (11th JANUARY 2011)
